This year, all membership information and conference registrations must be submitted via this page. You still have the option to send in a personal check or to pay with paypal. See bottom of page for payment options.

All conference registrations postmarked or received after March 9, 2012 will be assessed the $25 late fee!

NO CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER March 23. YOU MUST REGISTER ON-SITE.

This payment form includes paypal fees of up to a few dollars for each category.

IF YOU WANT TO SUBMIT MULTIPLE ENTRIES AT ONCE, LIKE A LARGE STUDENT GROUP, download this file (Group Spreadsheet). You may have to right click to save it to your computer. Send it to Cheryl Sanders (sandersc@mscd.edu). Also, send payment for the group either with a check or with one large paypal payment (see bottom of page for payment options).
